The provincial Ministry of Labour has laid 13 charges against 3 corporations an an engineer in the the fatal collapse of a stage that was to host the group Radiohead in Toronto on June 16th, 2012. Eight charges, announced late Friday afternoon, are against constructor Live Nation ? Live Nation Canada Inc., and Live Nation Ontario Concerts GP Inc. and four charges are against Optex Staging & Services Inc. the employer of an engineer. The collapse took the life of Scott Johnson , 33, a drum technician with the band.
